Uncommonly has produced two books for The Pig, the much-loved British hotel group, famed for its kitchen gardens and local ethos. Involved from conception to final delivery, Uncommonly wrote, edited and designed the books, which include recipes, interior design tips and interviews with local farmers, foragers and fishermen, as well as commissioning and art directing all photography.
